Return and Refund Policy
Uncommon will accept returns. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of your receipt of the Return Authorization number to qualify for a full refund.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a Return Authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria may be declined.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- We will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Final sale and non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Beauty
- Bodysuits
- Face masks
- Intimates/Lingerie
- Jewelry
- Swimwear

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges of any kind. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
