Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days from the time the order is placed.

Shipping 

Free Standard Shipping in US (5-10 business days). This includes 3-4 business days processing time.

Uncommon does not ship international at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, there may be slight shipping delays due to high volume periods or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, carrier delays), but rest assured, we’re working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Uncommon Purpose is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. However, if your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at uncommnpurpose@gmail.com with your order details, and we will do our best to assist you.

Changes to Your Order
